Scheduled our initial appointment with Sam, no problem. I planned on getting designs from 2 companies for our $15k budget landscaping project and choose the best one. Never heard back from Sam. Texted him about 3 weeks later and he responded that he would let me know when he got back to the office. Didn't hear back for several more days. Texted again and asked if he wanted to bid on our project, if not just let me know. Still no response.
