Scheduled our initial appointment with Sam, no problem. I planned on getting designs from 2 companies for our $15k budget landscaping project and choose the best one. Never heard back from Sam. Texted him about 3 weeks later and he responded that he would let me know when he got back to the office. Didn't hear back for several more days.
