First of all, I give 5 stars to Dr. Ryan and Julie at the front desk. Our newly adopted puppy’s castration surgery went well and the recovery was very smooth. So thank you Dr. Ryan. You’re amazing 🤩 However, my negative review is for the female Vet that saw our Beans yesterday for his post-op check up. My appointment was at 10am yesterday (27/11/25) and I had arrive a few minutes early. Wanting to say a massive thank you to Dr Claire who supported us yesterday in the difficult decision to euthanise our old girl. Claire was professional and incredibly kind. Her demeanour made the process much easier and she ensured that we had time to say goodbye to our girl. It is never easy but I am very grateful for the experience we had.
The Vets and staff here are exceptional, the surgery is very well priced. They have cared for our dogs Rusty, Penny & Lulu through their good times & bad. They truly love all the animals that they help. We couldn’t rate this group of professionals higher!
First time here and we are really impressed 👏 Loriana was great with our 2 girls, especially Ella who has Addison's. Many thanks 😊
