All doctors and staff are amazing. I have been attending this surgery for 32 years and if you want to establish a family doctor, this is the place to go. My husband's life was saved because of the expertise and professionalism.
I wish to state that your reception employee Angela S. Is extremely rude, uncourteous, and insolent towards clients. She is also unhelpful and ignorant about her job description. Angela cuts off telephone conversations rudely and abruptly. . An example of this is that a request for a reference letter for a specialist’s consultation was met with an unpleasant and abrupt ‘it’s not my job to read’.
