I have been attending Greensborough road surgery for approximately 18 months. I have seen Dr Ken Chan and Dr Melissa Garbutt. They are both excellent doctors who are very thorough and take the time to listen and address your concerns. They are both also very friendly. My tip is if you need to talk about multiple issues, book a “long” appointment. This respects their time. I’m glad that I was able to find a great local GP.

Best clinic in Melbourne in terms of the skills , professionalism, caring and ethical standard of doctors , nurses and admin staff too. I am here particularly thanking Dr Andy Leung and his team . My family and I are so lucky to have such a great doc ! Highly recommended.

I received a n email for my deceased mother's flu shot which upset me & bought me to tears & more depression, I once needed an urgent appt needed stitches all I got from receptionist was sorry booked out can't help you!!!! sick of trying to get a n appt when you're sick can't predict when you're sick and wait on average for appointment up to two or three weeks if you're lucky! leaving this clinic for good and demand my medical records I won't be seeing any other doctors have lost all faith! don't plan to be around much longe... read more

This clinic is all about money, they don’t care about the patient and their charges are astronomical! For a healthcare card they charge an out of pocket of $40, absolutely ridiculous when other clinics charge a max of $16-$20.
