All doctors and staff are amazing. I have been attending this surgery for 32 years and if you want to establish a family doctor, this is the place to go. My husband's life was saved because of the expertise and professionalism.

I wish to state that your reception employee Angela S. Is extremely rude, uncourteous, and insolent towards clients. She is also unhelpful and ignorant about her job description. Angela cuts off telephone conversations rudely and abruptly. . An example of this is that a request for a reference letter for a specialist’s consultation was met with an unpleasant and abrupt ‘it’s not my job to read’. I have been attending Greensborough road surgery for approximately 18 months. I have seen Dr Ken Chan and Dr Melissa Garbutt. They are both excellent doctors who are very thorough and take the time to listen and address your concerns. They are both also very friendly. My tip is if you need to talk about multiple issues, book a “long” appointment. This respects their time. I’m glad that I was able to find a great local GP.
