Absolutely shocking experience with the customer service one of the workers. She went on and on about how she couldn't possibly arrange a bouquet, even though it was never asked her to make one in the first place! Her abruptness and rudeness were astounding. I used to love this place, but after that encounter, I’ve warned all my family and friends to stay far away. This level of service is unacceptable.

We had some sad news in our family and I wanted to send the appropriate flowers to my daughter-in-law. Elena (Greensborough Flowers) was so understanding and professional and she talked me through it all and gave her suggested bunch of flowers, which I totally agreed with. She also want above and beyond the call of duty as she rang to ensure that may daughter-in-law received the flowers on the same day and then rang me to let me know that is was all done. We have recently purchased a bouquet from Greensborough Flowers, and were thoroughly impressed. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. Highly recommended!
