Had a few surgeries here and I want to give a huge shout out to nurses Hayley, Julie and Bethany. They're such a thoughtful and caring team, they really made the process heaps more comfortable :)

I would like to thank Hayley , she made so comfortable in the surgery room. Claire the reception she is so thorough knowledgeable and professional and the nurse who was with me throughout the whole thing, really sorry I forgot her name. Thank you for the excellent service

The nurses are lovely and accommodating. The receptionist Jeanette is also lovely and very welcoming. Felicity and all the nurses are so caring.

I've had two procedures at this day surgery and my experience has been so positive. Every person I've encountered there has been so caring and supportive. They called before and after my procedures to make sure I understood everything I needed to do and what was going to happen, and to make sure I was recovering well. Procedures under anaesthesia are often painful and nerve-wracking but they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Thank you!
