I attended Greensborough for my egg retrieval appointment, and although the surgery ran a little behind schedule, the entire experience was extremely positive. The staff were genuinely lovely, from reception, to the anaesthetist, the nurses, and the doctors. Everyone was warm, professional, and caring. After the procedure, the nurses were incredibly attentive and made sure I was completely comfortable before I left. I felt well looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend their team.

Had a few surgeries here and I want to give a huge shout out to nurses Hayley, Julie and Bethany. They're such a thoughtful and caring team, they really made the process heaps more comfortable :)

I would like to thank Hayley , she made so comfortable in the surgery room. Claire the reception she is so thorough knowledgeable and professional and the nurse who was with me throughout the whole thing, really sorry I forgot her name. Thank you for the excellent service

The nurses are lovely and accommodating. The receptionist Jeanette is also lovely and very welcoming. Felicity and all the nurses are so caring.
