While traveling and having a car problem on I-20, the tow truck took us here and they quickly got us back on the road with their friendly , knowledgeable and efficient service. We are very grateful and highly recommend this business.
I was scheduled for tire change and brake check/replacement if needed. They scheduled me to come in at 3:30. The guy checking me in verifed what i am here for. I asked if my car will be ready today. He said yes he will call me when its ready. I waited outside. They close at 5pm. By 5:10 they had not called so i walked in. The door was locked. I knocked. There were 4 ppl in the lobby. Due to my truck being a diesel I made an appointment for 7am for oil and fuel filter change. “They only have 1 diesel tech” Arrived as soon as they opened the doors. They asked if I was dropping off or going to wait. I said I was going to wait, she then advised me they still had a truck on the lift. I explained that I had a 7am appointment, which then she said “well you’re getting your fuel filter changed and that takes a couple of hours” in reality it only takes a few minutes. I moved to Greensboro in October of 2023. It was recommended to me if I need a car repair work, to take it to Greensboro tire pros. I have had major AC work done, three or four oil changes, bought new tires from them and I had to buy two new tires today. They balanced and rotated them. I love their professionalism, and they are very kind, and they get you in and out as quickly as possible. Today I was in at 7:10 and I was out at 8:05. I highly recommend them for any car repair work you need done.
