Let me start by saying that while the service from there staff was great it's severely overshadowed by the incompetence of their billing department. My issue started back on February 27th where I went into the ER for a heart issue that I was having, and needed some imaging done. Everything was great till I got the bill. They managed to bill my primary form of insurance(Aetna) properly. However when I added my ChampVA to my account to cover the remaining balance was when the issues started. The billing department of Greensboro Radiology is absolutely inept. Their communication is terrible and they have horrible customer service.
Would give 0 stars if at all possible! Be VERY LEARY of using Greensboro Radiology due to their BILLING. You send a FULL payment-it clears your bank-THEN YOU STILL are turned over to collections. This has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have advised my husband to let me DIE before he ever chooses this place! ITS NOT WORTH BEING HARASSED DAILY. You send them copies of the check that HAS CLEARED their bank and they still send letters & emails turning you over to collections. The canceled check as proof of payment still doesnt do... read more
