Total nightmare to deal with this company! I’ve paid every bill as they were received. Now 8 months later some new mystery bill has appeared which I called about to resolve…. On my third call today now. Of course the office is useless, the website is useless, the 888 number can’t get their system to process the payment so now on hold for 30 minutes with what I assume is another useless piece of this company. Been trying to get a REFUND FOR OVERPAYMENT FOR OVER SIX MONTHS NOW. So far I've made 6 calls to Greensboro Path with promises for the refund to no avail. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am the first to say I hate needles and giving blood :/ However, this is the first place where I have been where I didn't even feel the needle go in. My blood was taken by Bob (forgot his name but it started w/ a B. He was such a friendly person! If I have to get blood work done again it will definitely be done here!
