Scheduled the appointment for a new vehicle for the oil change. Drove over an hour to the appointment, then told it was not time for the oil change. The mileage was communicated during the appointment reservation.......Horrible waste of time.
Had a terrible experience with the same employee,but l did discuss the major issues with the Gen.Manager who is great 2 do business with,other than this awful employee all the other staff employees have been great
