Lack of Accountability and Follow-Through I want to note that I’m only giving two stars because I have had a ongoing rapport with Dr. Sater who has a wealth of knowledge and I trust with my life, and one of the Infusion nurses Mrs. Kim that I’ve known for the past 5 to 6 years has been a joy to work with.
