Greensboro housing authority needs to be investigated immediately! I came into their office on May 4th of 2024 recertification. This case manager never sent out my new amount of rent for year 2024. She send out the same letter ✉️ for 2023 on me paying the same amount of rent from last year 2023. Very questionable! I left her a message, on her contacting me back, on letting me know now my voucher amount.
