Very reasonable, explained the diagnostic findings and was clear about explaining a recall and what to expect. Maynard is very thorough and kind- clear directives. Jesse is nice, sweet and helpful- they even lent me a loaner while my car was being serviced and that was a big help. I will continue to trust such wonderful kind folks. The community is blessed to have them.
Our family has been bringing cars to the Greensboro Garage for decades, during which time ownership has changed hands several times. When reading reviews for this business, it is important to separate reviews for the current owner, Maynard, who bought the place in 2024, from reviews left for the prior owners. Maynard, came recommended for a reason. I didn’t even have a car issue. My battery in the boat died, and locals suggest I go to Greensboro garage. Maynard the owner, didn’t have my marine battery in stock but he called another shop and had white glove delivery of a new battery in 30 mins. This kind of service is unheard of. Just absolutely outstanding. I am forever grateful!!
