I had been calling cement companies trying to find one to donate cement to a non-profit camp for disabled children and while this one was quick to return my call after I left a message, they did not honor an important business practice. The man I spoke with was rude and hung up the phone on me. Other companies who I had spoken with were polite in saying, "Im sorry, we are not in a position to donate at the moment."
