Following the June 16th 2014 hail storrm in Greensboro, my insurance had this company as a preferred body shop. I called to make an appointment and the first thing out of the owners mouth is I have an accent and she cann't understand me. I told her that was rude to tell me that, rather say please repeat yourself. She goes on the sexiest tangent that if she were a man answering the phone I wouldn't say that. Needless at this point to say Crown body work on Wendover will be doing the repairs on my van.

I will never go back for reasons of self respect! I hope to never have to deal with a certain employee again. I went in there today to pick up my car and pay them close to three thousand dollars for their work. While there this employee was extremely disrespectful and demeaning. She obviously doesn't understand the words "customer service." I am a very patient and forgiving person, but the way I was spoken to in a place of business was simply uncalled for. I took my car in for repair and was told it would be ready in two days, which it was. The repair was perfect. The vehicle was cleaned inside and out. Scott made the experience painless and easy. Would recommend them highly. Great service, great people, great work.

I was in a fairly serious accident and was referred by AAA. They were extremely helpful and guided me through the complete process. I got my new Kia back and it looks like nothing ever happened. Rick was more than helpful. I'll these guys 5 stars anyday.

I had rear bumper fixed and painted. They did good job. They are AAA approved shop so that is why I went there. Good price for work and only took two days. I would recommend to family and friends.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GREENSBORO BODY COMPANY. Last month, I was in an accident. The only place in Greensboro my insurance would recommend and cover was Greensboro Body. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience here, and would not recommend them to anyone who is dealing with a car accident. First off, it took almost twice as long as they quoted me for my car to be fixed.
