Okay, I’m human and I ran into hard times. My car was repossessed. After sending in the money to have my car back in my possession I contacted this company Melissa to be exact over 20 times in one day leaving voicemails speaking with her the last call once I told her my name she hung up on me. I had to get my mother to call to set up a date to have my car returned and while my mother was on the phone she heard Melissa say she has called 20 times today. Very unprofessional.
