I debated on 1 or 2 stars because I was met with a friendly smiling young lady in the service department. I have a 2018 Acura RDX, and the car is a great car! I’ve always been a fan of Acura and I’m currently driving my 5th Acura. I paid $30k for this car, and I did so bc I trust the Acura/honda motor to last a long time… But unfortunately, just like most things, them components and pieces of the car are cheaply made and don’t last!! As long as Karen Hinshaw works here, I will not do any business with them. Karen is extremely rude, difficult and unprofessional. I have no idea how she is in a management position.
I sent my son to take my car in for an oil change, but things got mixed up (by me not them). Luckily, the service team and manager were super helpful and saved the day. So thankful for their great service!
