We experienced a breakdown due to a previous brake job they performed. They made it right by replacing the damaged parts in a timely manner. The only thing negative is that I was not allowed to communicate directly with the service department. I had to relay all communication with the front desk from start to finish. Other dealerships transfer you to the service department so that you can deal with the service advisor/manager directly.
