Recently transferred to this surgery and my experience so far has been great - night and day difference to my last surgery. I had an appointment with Dr Yapp and she was incredibly friendly and listened to my concerns without making me feel like a nuisance. The admin team have been really nice too.
I attended my daughter’s appointment with Dr Azizuliah, He was excellent he listened with an excellent empathic manner, as one would expect from a GP. He acted promptly to ensure my daughter recieved care immediately. A huge big shout out to Dr Azizuliah Thankyou so much.
Another useless surgery that just doesn't want to help. Website advice is go to 111 or call the surgery. So I call and get told to use the website. The urgent appointment section has a picture of a surgery in process, you know, just to make you feel like your problem isn't that urgent and stop you from trying to use it. What happened to caring? Edit: tried again begging for help and told without a care in the world that the best they can do is 2 weeks. The replies here are as worthless as the service.
