poor service I brought my serger in for repair. I was told it woudl take 1 week to fix the problem. I called them after one week and was told the machine was not ready. I informed them I was leaving town and would cnatact them when I returned. Whne I retunred my husband called and to find out about the machine. The service man first said he left a message a week ago. When he was infomred we didn't have a massage machine he said oh I spoke to your wife and told her the machne was ready. This was a lie.
