I’m very disappointed with how poorly the community is being maintained by the current HOA. When we were considering moving here, the builder highlighted well-kept walking trails and plenty of clean, open green space. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. The HOA only maintains the front of the community. If you purchase a home toward the back, be prepared to deal with overgrown trails and neglected green areas.
