Its a well maintained small vintage Condo Complex for 55 and older only! The best views are the buildings facing the Executive side of Colony West Golf Course which include a large Lakeview and/or pool view. Nice plants and garden touches throughout the complex. The buildings are solid concrete construction. Very nice especially for a non gated community. They are always very helpful, kind and respectful to all the residents. I couldn't ask for a better board.
Very old buildings with hollow walls - no privacy; Roof leaks; Cars vandalize in parking lot; Resident stuck in elevator for over an hour…
