My husband and I both had full details (exterior and interior). Stephen was a sweetheart. Scheduling and communication could have gone a bit smoother, but I understand it's hard to plan around colder weather. After shampooing my backseats, a new stain appeared. Stephen was kind enough to shampoo it twice more, and offered a complimentary interior cleaning to make up for the inconvenience, which he did not have to do. Would recommend!
