I rented a space for 3 years here, and I paid loyally on time, every month. When it came time to pack up and leave, the owner kept an extra month's rent saying that I didn't let him know in time according to the contract, even though I sat down in his office and spoke with him directly 3 weeks prior to inform him of my departure. Guess he needed that $70 more than I did.
I just lost a lot in a fire Tried to rent with them. They had meetings and according to the person I spoke with their time is precious and if I can’t make an appointment to see them I could rent somewhere else… horrible customer service did not rent with them
Been going thru this place since 2017 and it's been the best and cheapest place I've seen..I still have my unit thanks for this place...I would suggest this place first before anywhere else..
