I am sharing feedback based on a recent visit during a medically uncertain and emotionally sensitive situation. While I appreciate being seen and assessed, my interaction with the physician felt distressing and did not provide the level of clear, empathetic communication I would have expected. Had a great experience at the clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout.
They told me to pickup a lab test paper because they don't use email . And it sounds like they are really proud of that. Why don't you try to improve your services? Dr Fowola explained it to me today. They need secured email to send, but they are not ready. It's fair that I should give them 5 stars since I have been there for 5 years.
Not a real walk in clinic, walk ins are Saturdays only
5 star for the receptionist, she is awesome, kind , professional and welcoming!! 5 star for Dr. Ekeh. She is a wonderful doctor, very patient, and knowledgeable.
