Greens provided a good service replacing a failed HV heater & rear LED light unit (under warranty). I will be using them in future to service my vehicle. Staff were courteous and helpful.
While on holiday in Pembrokeshire our Evoque developed an issue. Mark on the service desk was very helpful booking my car in next day at a convenient time, even letting me know which engineer would be looking at it. When we arrived the car was looked at immediately and repaired before I could finish my coffee. The service I received was amazing.
Bought a New Defender from another Land Rover dealership which instantly had an air suspension fault, Greens were incredibly helpful diagnosing the fault, sourced / fitted the parts quickly and were much more empathetic than the dealer that supplied me the car. Filed the warranty claim on my behalf so that I wasn’t out of pocket and didn’t have a penny to pay, will definitely use them for all Land Rover related servicing in future
I really cannot praise these people highly enough. I have had to deal with this dealership since my 1st warranty claim in October 2024, which from the moment I called to report it the repair was approved and vehicle returned within 24hrs. They really went above and beyond when the HUD failed and the JLR warranty deemed it out of scope for a claim, with the help of kate (who I will mention in more detail in a moment) we submitted a 'Goodwill' claim with JLR, this was approved and again repaired without fuss.
