I've been shopping here for several years for health foods and toiletries. It's only a small store so don't expect them to carry absolutely everything although what they do carry is high quality. The staff (both of them! - mother and daughter) are very helpful and knowledgeable and happy to give advice. The sustainable credentials are excellent - plastic free wherever possible, refills available for shampoo, laundry liquid, washing up liquid etc. I love my bamboo toothbrushes, wouldn't go back to plastic now. The service I received from both Karen and Kirsty is outstanding. They are both very professional and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you very much. It feels good to support small local businesses more to keep them alive.
I ordered an item late in the afternoon on the 23rd Dec thinking "I'm going to have to wait a bit for this" but it turned up the morning of the 24th with a Merry Christmas message. Great products, brilliant service, really glad they've weathered the storm of Covid and are still trading. Thanks! :)
