Another old school hardware store when you can find things that you can't find and the mega hardware stores like Lowe's home Depot. Sometimes you might be working on something in the middle of the city and you just don't feel like making it to the big hardware stores like Lowe's and home Depot. So you pay a few extra dollars but at the same time you keeping a business afloat.
I made a phone call to ask a question about a product and I was placed on hold so long that I had to make an unnecessary trip to the store and they still didn't have the product. It's all about my gas tank at this point. Not a happy camper...

rude and unprofessional... i called to see if they had some screws and the person who answered the phone said we are getting ready to close it was 2:35pm i was only a few minutes away and they closed at 3:00pm. He wasn’t very helpful and hung up on me. When i called back he answered and i asked why he hung up on me and he said that he didn’t.
If you want to get the old fashioned experience go to Green's hardware store they will even help you out after hours in case of emergency
