I am a co-owner of the vehicle involved in this incident. Even though I was not physically present, I was directly affected by the outcome. The vehicle was left in a careless and inappropriate location, leading to preventable damage that reflects a serious lack of judgment and responsibility. I brought my car here for a simple dent repair. While the vehicle was under their care, it was left unattended in another business’s traffic lane. As a direct result, my car was damaged: the right fender was deeply scratched down to the metal with parallel marks, and the side mirror was forcefully folded. This reflects serious negligence and a complete lack of responsibility for customer property. The damage was documented with photos.
