IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH & THE HEALTH AND WELL BEING OF YOUR FAMILY, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SO CALLED PROPERTY MANAGERS!!!! THEY REFUSE TO MAKE REPAIRS & WHEN YOU EXERCISE YOUR TENANT RIGHTS, YOU WILL BE CALLED TERRIBLE NAMES & THREATENED. 6 MONTHS WE COULDN'T FLUSH TOILET PAPER BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO FIX THE PLUMBING, THIS WAS 1 WEEK AFTER MOVING IN. KNOW YOUR LEGAL TENANT RIGHTS PEOPLE, OR YOU WILL GO THRU WHAT WE ARE RIGHT NOW!!!

I rented from them for 2 years. Jim and Dr. Kadakia were very nice and helpful throughout. They checked in often to make sure everything was OK, both with the house and in my life, and updated/repaired items if needed. They were very understanding when I had some medical issues and had to move. I would've stayed many more years if I could have.

They won't make repairs & they won't call you back, but if you withhold rent to get repairs done, they definitely will threaten you with a 3 day notice. There isn't any type of heating in my house which I know is a violation of CA civil code 1941.1. Wish I would of never moved here, I am sick AF from the mold & dampness, not to mention my electric bill from running my little space heaters.
