I had to wait a few days to leave my review so it wouldn't be as scathing as it may have been the day of. We had reservations for our small table of three. We stood at the door for several minutes, well past our reservation time. There was no hostess. The servers were trying to do it all. We then sat at our table for a half hour or better just waiting for a simple glass of water, don't even think about ordering. Great food, Great drinks. Perfect for date night.
There were 5 of us for lunch. The place was not busy with only 3 other tables of 2,3 and 4 people. The waitress was inattentive and did not want to work hard at all, in fact when we first sat down she indicated that she really did not want to bring water out to all of us because it was too heavy. No other drink menus or options were given to us The food was good, although one order of fries was cold and both ham sandwiches lacked the mayo. Another great place to visit when you're in the area or just exploring the city of Fairbanks. It offers some of the best, if not the very best, dining experiences in Fairbanks.
My food was good. Wife ordered the ribeye medium rare, they brought it out as beef jerky. I don’t want handouts but it’s best to own a mistake. Consider having procedures on all levels of service.
