Fantastic food - pasta is better than many Italian restaurants! Service was better than great!
My partner took me to dinner. We called ahead and got a reservation within a reasonable time frame for a Friday and then they gave us the specific table that we requested when we walked in. I got the gorgonzola rib-eye; crispy on the outside, tender, just the right level of saltiness. My partner got his favorite: the rack of lamb. Green's is a top tier fine dining restaurant in Fairbanks. It is a must for any special occasion. With everything from gourmet burgers to fantastic pastas, you'll definitely want to come back and check menu items off of your list. The bar is a hidden gem as well. Custom in house cocktails are a favorite, along with all the other classic drinks. Don't forget about dessert! The caramel cake is an absolute dream, along with all the other delectable selections. A+ highly recommend.
