A repairman came to our house on July 24th for our fridge. Our fridge and freezer were not cooling properly and the Temps were ranging from 50 degrees in the fridge to 20 degrees in the freezer. The repairman said it was the seal and would order parts but never pulled our fridge out to check the back panel. By Friday night our freezer quit working.
