I was to order online for store pickup & the staff was very friendly & helpful
If the front desk person is masked, gloved, and seems unwelcoming, I’d recommend using a different register. This business has a lot going for it, but one persistent issue has affected the customer experience for years. At a small local hardware store, friendly service can make the higher prices feel worth it—unfortunately, that hasn’t always been the case here.
We are so lucky to have this business in our community, it has an excellent selection, knowledgeable staff, and they have tons of stuff for the barbecue enthusiast.
