I had some work done yesterday and while the procedure was smooth the billing was not. They assured me I would know all costs up front and gave me a cost analysis for two treatment options. They forgot to add something and the bill was higher than I expected. This is not why I'm giving them a low rating. The staff was pretty rude because I was questioning them on why my receipt doesn't show the total I paid. The offices both in San Jose and Fremont are beautifully decorated and easily reached. Tina the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The dental assistant has a very calming effect during the procedures. Both Drs. Tandon and Ramya are very good communicators explaining everything the see on scans and xrays and what needs to be done to correct any issues. The equipment is state of the art.
Dr.Ramya and team, Thank you very much! You are the very best, and you are very thorough in your craft and it shows. I am terrified of dentists, you and your staff helped me stay calm through out. A special thanks and mention, to the wonderful desk manager who makes your visit easy right from the second you step in.
The staffs and Dr. were very friendly people. Dr. Ramya were gentle and the process was not different than filling procedure just required your mouth open longer and tired jaw near the end.
