This establishment advertises their base price for a haircut at $38. I went at 9:30 in the morning with freshly washed conditioned hair. The young lady Izzy asked if I had washed my hair and I confirmed she asked me to go over to the bowl, anyhow, to wet it down and ended up washing it then she did a quick trim and used a diffuser to dry my hair.
