Super place and super fast! We came to pick up a load — check-in is done by phone, very easy. Everything was done in about 30 minutes. No unnecessary rules, no stress. Really great experience!
Was told it was open showed up and said my load wasn’t ready. Took them 8 hours when I would go in and ask an eta they would give attitude and sat its ready when its ready. Don’t let the ratings fool you.
