Informed Greenridge Farm that a small shard of metal was found in the beef sticks I purchased from Costco. They read my messages yet didn't care to respond. So I will make sure not to purchase any more of their products as they could care less about QC and/or customer service. Even sent them photos of everything, not expecting anything in return but a response would of been nice instead of just reading the messages. Definitely don't care to eat any metal or whatever else is in this stuff.
