I have 6 dogs and all female and they been destroying the lawn for years and something needed to be done. I Had Nick come out and do am estimate and he was right in the ballpark with his pricing and his guys did great work.
They have strung us along for three solid weeks and never showed up. Five polite calls to get the quote and installation. We immediately agreed to the quote and said no problem let’s book it and they never showed. Now I’ve sat in dirt for three weeks. Horribly rude. Don’t use.
Aaron was extremely helpful over the phone and even hand delivered supplies for my DIY project at 8pm. I had a great experience with this company. I'll def do business with them again!
They have horrible customer service! Called to discuss an estimate and was told someone would call me back in a few day. A week past, I followed up and was told someone would call by the end of the day. Of course no one did! I called again a day later and was told this time it would definitely be before the day ends. The third call was five days ago and still NOTHING!!
