I'm quite fed up with Greenpointe managing Tributary. They schedule meetings for the CDD at the most inconvenient times and refuse to change the days around making it impossible for some to make it to one. Then they cancel the meetings on short notice. The projects are half baked and then when they are called out on muddy paths they come up with every excuse under the sun to avoid paying the piper and delivering to residents. I was skeptical about more development in Port St. Lucie at first, especially with Tradition growing so much. But green point is clearly doing things different—expanding roads, planning infrastructure, and adding much-needed retail. Honestly, every new neighborhood around here should follow their lead.
Tributary has come such a long way from when I first came in 2021 when it was still fairly new. The transformation has been incredible. I really appreciate the lifestyle events they organize. It's easy to meet neighbors, join clubs, or go exploring nearby trails. Greenpointe seems to really understand what community is all about. 5 stars!
Coming back to Port St. Lucie after college was eye opening - Becker Road used to feel empty, but now it’s alive and beautiful. The big art installation on the roundabout (pretty sure they’re called Spinnakers?) makes me proud to live here again.
Thank you for the turtle sculptures at The Quay! Great job keeping the locals in mind, not just the new condo owners.
