Before my first session I was told the most I would pay with insurance was $110 per session. The first two sessions I was charged $142.60, and $103.16 for the following two sessions.They didn't let me know how much I was being charged until the day before my fourth session, despite me asking every week. Their excuse always was: "your insurance is taking weeks to process, so we won’t know until it is processed through our system". Gabriela was one of the kindest, most respectful, and understanding therapists I have ever worked with. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly get to know me and understand my experiences. Very strict policies for patients, including a 150$ charge if you don't give at least a WEEK notice to cancel. But practitioners cancel at the last minute regularly and it's treated like it's normal, even though it hurts patients. The manager was gaslighting about it, saying "we can't control illness" -- well, neither can patients! But you charge them 150$ if their illness doesn't come with a week-long notice period! And as the other reviews show, they are not lenient when patients are sick. Reminded me of talking to my narc... read more
