Very strict policies for patients, including a 150$ charge if you don't give at least a WEEK notice to cancel. But practitioners cancel at the last minute regularly and it's treated like it's normal, even though it hurts patients. The manager was gaslighting about it, saying "we can't control illness" -- well, neither can patients! But you charge them 150$ if their illness doesn't come with a week-long notice period!
