Ronnie is excellent, very happy with the work. He took on a job that our original installer wanted to gouge us on in replacing the entire blind setup. He found us a rail replacement, something our other company did even offer. Very happy with his service
Absolutely excellent experience from start to finish! Ronnie is the best! He installed custom shades on 8 windows in my apt quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The blinds look fantastic and the quality of work is top-notch. Ronnie was extremely easy to work with. He knows his trade and prefers to use high quality products. He was also transparent and upfront with the costs and provided us a number of options that would meet our budget. He was quite helpful installing the blinds and showing us how to operate the motorized shades system. We had a good experience and highly recommend Ronnie.
Ronnie was great help with our blinds. They were not pulling down at all. He identified the problems and replaced clutches as needed. The blinds are working great now!
I’ve been using Greenpoint blinds for over a decade. Ronnie is the best and he is determined to help you fix the blinds you have. He never has pushed me to buy a new product. I keep waiting for one of my blinds to break to the point where he can’t repair it so that I can buy something new from him! But he is a genius and can basically repair almost anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ☺️
