Greenpoint blinds was super fast. I got nowhere with the shade store. Greenpoint showed up the next day, added side channels to black out our huge bedroom window and he did this the next day. Now i can sleep in peace thank god. Great service, and actually there to help vs replace everything and upsell you (like shade store was trying to do). Go with a small business like this that actually cares!
Booked for a blind installation. Showed up 2 hours late. Forgot parts. Promised to return at 5 PM, didn't tell me he couldn't make it until 6. Promised 7 PM. No-show. Then had the nerve to demand $155 for the work he didn't finish.
Ronnie is the best in the business! Highly recommend their shades and installation. Ronnie installed their beautiful shades (not the curtains) and they’re transformative for any space.
Ronnie was extremely easy to work with. He knows his trade and prefers to use high quality products. He was also transparent and upfront with the costs and provided us a number of options that would meet our budget. He was quite helpful installing the blinds and showing us how to operate the motorized shades system. We had a good experience and highly recommend Ronnie.
Ronnie is excellent, very happy with the work. He took on a job that our original installer wanted to gouge us on in replacing the entire blind setup. He found us a rail replacement, something our other company did even offer. Very happy with his service
