You have to be more professional guys!!!!
Was overcharged on a simple repair. After stripping my crank arm... "Oh we has to use a special part to get it off" Give me a break! Would not go there again or recommend anyone going there...
The people who helped me here were nice and not elitist as I've found at other bike shops. They were very very helpful and did a lot of unquantifiable labor for me that they didn't even charge for. Good thing they have a tip jar...
These guys really know their stuff. I have a 1970 Schwinn and 2 other bike shops messed up the headset installation - I took it here and they immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about with overpriced parts - I paid far less here ($10) for a new headset versus 20+ at the other places I went.
