Lady who answered the phone was super rude and told me she was too busy to answer my question and then hung up on me
Extremely disappointed with the customer service over the phone. When my call was returned to ask a simple question I was interrupted and hung up on. This is not the kind of company I would want to be involved with on any level. Update: With a prompt response to my review, I email the CEO within a few hours. I never recieved a response from my email.
It was my first time attending a Marcus & Millichap event and I was blown away at the quality of info and people that attended. Great job folks. definitely 5 stars in my book.
Great Multifamily conference in Tampa. Very informative and a must attend event each year.
