I contacted GreenPark Panel and Paint on a Thursday after my car was damaged. Within a week they had my claim approved, the car in the shop, and back in my hands. It looks brand new and they even detailed the inside. 100% recommend.
Dear Adam and Chris, I damaged my brand-new car in the front and had a dent in a plastic panel. How devastating! Your people did an amazing and outstanding job in a short time. It is looking fantastic again. For 46 Dollars I got a rental car for the repair week. This was very good too. I was told before taking my car to Greenpark Panel & Paint that the bonnet and right front bumper guard would be replaced with new parts. Instead, they repaired both — without informing me or my insurance company — and went ahead with the rest of the repairs. This is not what I agreed to, and I feel completely misled. I’m requesting that the original agreement be honored and the bonnet and bumper guard be replaced as promised.
