I have dealt with Greenpark numerous times and their customer service has been top notch. This time is no different My latest visit with them included circumstances where parts didn't arrive, wrong parts arrived, or were on back order. Initially when I picked up my car it was ready to drive even though some parts didn't come They thoroughly followed with a clear timeline on when I could expect to be rebooked which was more than fair and reasonable.
