Just phoned up.lochview to speak to someone about appointment for my elderly mum. She won't phone as she never gets through. Surprised I was in queue number 1 and the receptionist Jade answered immediately with -hello hello sorry I can't hear you . You will have to hang up and call back . !!!!! I was meanwhile trying to answer her In the nanno of a second that she was on the phone but it went dead. Phoned back up and hey presto closed staff training. I didn't have a chance in hell. The receptionists don’t get repeat prescriptions right, there’s either items missing or they make a decision not to put an item through for renewal or they just don’t put any of it through to the doctor. Every two months approximately there’s always an issue and you end up running out of medication. Your made to feel as if you’re seeking something your not needing or entitled to. I have therefore decided after years of issues I won’t be phoning for a repeat prescription and they can save the cost of my medication for the pra... read more
