I had a very disappointing experience with Greeno Car Rental. They initially refused to return my deposit, and I only received it after escalating the situation and contacting the police. The staff’s behaviour was unprofessional and aggressive—I was spoken to disrespectfully and even heard comments that made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
