Unsure my thoughts honestly.
I'm very disappointed!!!! No one told me about internal transfer list!! I was on top of the waiting list, i just found out there is an interal waiting list. I have waited over 6 months to get ontop of the normal waiting list. Internal transfer list gets priority over regular list. There is nothing in my paperwork states that. I am now being bumped down due to a internal transfer. This is not professional!!!
I actually did the floor here. Great friendly people. I would have an event there.
Greenmont is the best-kept secret in Dayton. Great little community/neighborhood. Friendly and helpful neighbors, quiet, safe. Lots of green space.
