After we were approved for an apartment, we raised concerns about a an almost blank lease, missing important information such as lead paint, radon levels, insulation, method of heating, etc. After raising these reasonable concerns they proceeded to lead us on for over a month, delay our move in date by over a week, and then followed that by an abrupt dropping of our contract, with little to know information on why.
