We purchased a tiny home from Greenmark. It took two months longer to get than we were told. Then not even a month after we moved in, the mini splits stopped working. They would not heat or cool. We are going on over two months and Greenmark nor the manufacturer has taken care of this issue and we have hit freezing temperatures at night. They also have not followed up with the punch list items they were supposed to have taken care of post install. We actually stopped for the burgers but visited the houses as well. Owner is super lovely and knowledgeable.
