Tried to call to schedule an insulation audit after checking out their website. Was transferred to the sales department. Tried to explain I was having temperature variance issues through out my house and wanted someone to inspect it for insulation improvements. Sales person told me to contact an AC company to check out my ventilation first-- despite the fact I explained that I have an entirely uninsulated room I wanted a quote on anyway.
