Greenmark put a new roof on my home in June 2018. Mark, the owner, advised verbally at the time that he offered a five-year warranty on installation while the contract I signed clearly stated the warranty was one year. No complaint there as I read the contract before signing but I would think the owner would be very familiar with the terms of his own contract...the warranty terms appear later in this review. We needed a complete heating and cooling solution for our upstairs. The owner is very passionate about his business and was very easy to work with. The install team were professional in all respects and were flexible when other events upset the schedule by a few days. We are very happy with the level of service we received from Greenmark, and eight months on the complete system and insulation upgrade has performed very well.
**** came to our house the same day I called to get a quote. Very surprised. He came to our house and showed us how leaky our house was. He showed us how much air was leaving our house. His proposal was expensive but we did it. The different trades that were at our house were very knowledgeable and hard workers. Not very prompt, but good. A 3-4 day project turned into 5 days. I wish I could leave a good review but I have had one of the worst experience ever with this company, the owner in particular. It started out he was 2 hours late for our consult. That should have been a warning sign! He decided to do the work (encapsulate our small crawlspace & foam insulate the rim joists in our basement) on a Saturday. He stated it would take 1 day. We hired Greenmark to put insulation in our walls, attic, and basement. While their quality of work was pretty good, the workers themselves were not professional at all. They were not reliable, often showing up hours late and leaving after only working for a couple of hours. The supervisor, Mark, was very inconsistent and a very poor communicator.
